I highly recommend Sandwich Inn and suits. The staff were great. The rooms were extremely clean. They took COVID-19 precautions above and beyond. Due to COVID-19 they didn’t have their normal breakfast area open but they still gave you a nice gown bag full of items you can order off their list. Definitely will be back.

Our stay was wonderful, and we’ve stayed twice before. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Of course the food wasn’t quite the same due to COVID, but we still we’re grateful for it being offered. The only comment we had is the bed in room 31 was probably one of the hardest surfaces we’ve ever slept on, most closely resembling cement. Could be a personal preference, but worth noting. Overall it was an amazing stay as always, and we thank everyone for making it lovely.

Conveniently located, this site offered excellent safety precautions to protect guests from the coronavirus. This was my priority in selecting a place to stay, and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was very clean, but staff did not enter again after our check-in. (We were invited to call if we needed anything; otherwise, we did not have social contact with staff.) Same was true with check-in and check-out. The key was waiting when we arrived; at departure we just called to say we were leaving. I’ve stayed at Sandwich Inn and Suites before, and found their breakfast better than average. This time, the highlight of breakfast was that they offered take-out service. We ordered from a menu of simple options, and went to the office ten minutes later to pick up our bagged breakfast. It was great to find a place where we could stay during a pandemic with minimal worry about contracting COVID.

Our room was very clean. The location of the motel was very convenient. Grocery store and restaurants were close by. Enjoyed a nice dinner with some local friends at Bobby Brynes. Took a nice scenic ride to Province town and had a nice walk. Service was good under the circumstances. Looking forward to visiting again when the weather is warmer.

We have stayed at this property 3 times in the past. This place was always spotless so we chose to travel here for our anniversary trip during this challenging time because we believed they would be following all COVID-19 protocols…and they do! Our room was extremely clean, check-in and check-out were contactless, and breakfast was left in a safe area for us to pickup.

The working amenities score is based on the Base Board Heat was not working the first night. We reported it the next morning. Kristin was efficient and started a work order then called later in the day w/ a follow up status. It was repaired by the time we returned, and worked the rest of our stay. The issuw was well handled overall.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Having at least one “assigned” parking spot per room would be nice. We had to park in a different section and walk (my wife uses a walker) because our section (room 12) clearly had more than one vehicle per room and all those spots were taken we we returned after going to dinner. OR, have at least 1 Handicap Spot per building.

Hi there,

In regards to cleanliness, our room was ok. There was still hair from other guests stuck to the headboard. There was also a lot of hair and dirt in some corners of the room, like behind the dehumidifier and the side tables. If these things weren’t so easily moved, it would not be a problem, but they are tiny pieces of furniture that we had moved around and saw all the grime. There were also some bugs hanging out on the dehumidifier. In the kitchen, there were half used packets of instant coffee in the platter and one of the pans was still dirty.

For working order of the amenities, our phone volume was very low and pressing the raise volume button did not change that. The left cabinet above the sink has a broken door. One of the hinges was not attached.

The stay would have been perfect if the room were cleaner. Especially with the pandemic, people want to know they are entering a clean room. I appreciated the no contact policies in place. Thank you for giving us a place to stay.

A cleaner room.

you are doing a good job in this pandemic situation . I did not understand some recent less than positive reviews in TA, and so I am glad I could send you a positive one.

P.S. I just called you and then I found these questions at the bottom of the email . A big square was at top and the scroll did not work. Maybe that happened a few days ago when I asked for the receipt….

in another era the pool and the fence around it need help. but I bet you realize that.

Actually the lighting could be better out by the road. It was tricky the first night we came back in the dark.
