ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
The working amenities score is based on the Base Board Heat was not working the first night. We reported it the next morning. Kristin was efficient and started a work order then called later in the day w/ a follow up status. It was repaired by the time we returned, and worked the rest of our stay. The issuw was well handled overall.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Having at least one “assigned” parking spot per room would be nice. We had to park in a different section and walk (my wife uses a walker) because our section (room 12) clearly had more than one vehicle per room and all those spots were taken we we returned after going to dinner. OR, have at least 1 Handicap Spot per building.
