Hi there,

In regards to cleanliness, our room was ok. There was still hair from other guests stuck to the headboard. There was also a lot of hair and dirt in some corners of the room, like behind the dehumidifier and the side tables. If these things weren’t so easily moved, it would not be a problem, but they are tiny pieces of furniture that we had moved around and saw all the grime. There were also some bugs hanging out on the dehumidifier. In the kitchen, there were half used packets of instant coffee in the platter and one of the pans was still dirty.

For working order of the amenities, our phone volume was very low and pressing the raise volume button did not change that. The left cabinet above the sink has a broken door. One of the hinges was not attached.

The stay would have been perfect if the room were cleaner. Especially with the pandemic, people want to know they are entering a clean room. I appreciated the no contact policies in place. Thank you for giving us a place to stay.
