Our first over night trip during the pandemic and we were a bit nervous. Our relatives sent us your way and the TA reviews are accurate. The staff on the phone at the place were appropriate, polite and professional. And coming off a drive from the North Shore, it was good to find you right away.

The price was right, the breakfast was good and the cleanliness was high. They have figured out how to do “this” and make one comfortable and feel at ease. It is easy to recommend you.

Loved our visit, easy to get to and great location to restaurants and shops. We had to change our visit at the last minute, they were so accommodating and worked with us reschedule our visit. Great customer service! Will definitely be back and recommend this Inn to everyone!

We have been staying in this Sandwich Inn, 4 to 6 times, every time we visit the Cape Cod! It has been a very nice and restful mini-vacation for us staying in the Inn. The rooms are very clean and the various amenities functions ver well, too! The security is also very good, parking is spacious, it is convenient near stores and ambiance of sightseeing , like near the Cape Cod canal.

I was charged an extra $150. I contacted the front desk and manager about it thinking it was a mistake. The front desk replied that this was their “room damage” fee which I did not cause. I was confused and replied asking what the room damage was and received no response. Really disappointing seeing as I’ll have to go through the trouble of disputing this charge, and it was otherwise decent area to stay in.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

The room at this Inn are very clean and the bed is an excellent sleeping bed.

The breakfast as it is, due to the covid, we miss the “usual sit down breakfast”.

Still, the coffee is very good!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

It would be more than appreciated, if we could stay in this Inn, in one of the studio rooms! The studio rooms are more spacious and very comfortable for us, senior travelers, Thanks!

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

I found the freezer in the refrigerator completely filled with frost. I called the office and a replacement fridge was quickly supplied.

I found the filters in the air conditioner/heater unit clogged and cleaned them myself.

The room phone was not functional.

Dehumidifier has an extremely loud fan.

Suggestion: In first floor units, window film and/or “top down/bottom up” blinds would provide privacy while still allowing the blinds to be open.

Overall, another nice stay. I plan to return.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

See comments above.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

I love the Sandwich Inn & Suites and have stayed here several times over the last 20 years. Usually Excellent in every way…rooms are clean and spacious, location is great, service is usually excellent. But during this CV19 time the service and the breakfast was naturally a little off. I look forward to returning when things get back to “normal”. Knowing that I will ENJOY this quaint Piece of Heaven again.

POSITIVE:

Nice quiet location, right off Rt. 6A. Room #25 was very clean. Adequate for two people. A very fair price per night in October. Flat screen was good. Wonderful gal in the office was very helpful. Because of Covid 19 and distancing, you must call in your breakfast the night before from the menu, and pick it up at a time that you choose. The bag will be on the outside table next to the office. A nice assortment of items.

NEGATIVE:

King-size bed was a little bit tired. Dated motel that has been updated. Unfortunately, Covid19 demands breakfast be served in a bag. I wouldn’t call it a resort, even though the pool was closed for the season.
