ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
I found the freezer in the refrigerator completely filled with frost. I called the office and a replacement fridge was quickly supplied.
I found the filters in the air conditioner/heater unit clogged and cleaned them myself.
The room phone was not functional.
Dehumidifier has an extremely loud fan.
Suggestion: In first floor units, window film and/or top down/bottom up blinds would provide privacy while still allowing the blinds to be open.
Overall, another nice stay. I plan to return.
