ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

With businesses dealing with the COVID19 concerns and keeping guests as well as employees safe, Sandwich Inn and Suites has a good plan in place to protect everybody staying there. They have “remote” room service for breakfast, unless you specifically request housekeeping services, nobody enters your room until you’ve checked out, trash is placed outside the front door for disposal, and if you need amenities, simply call the office and they place them in a bag on the patio with your room number for you to pick up.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

We enjoyed our stay.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

First was put in room 27

Every time any movement above you could here it all

Thankfully we were able to move to room 18, but every night till 10pm guys next door were talking extremely loud and going in and out slamming the door. Finally after 10 they got quite, but every morning were very noisy until they left for day at 7:30 am

Would probably not stay here again as there is to big of risk of getting neighbors that were not quiet and you can easily here thru walls.

That being said rooms were nice and big and also nice bathroom

Being use to a very clean house I have stayed in cleaner motels

Need to clean baseboards bottom and top.

Beds and linens were clean

Nice to have fridge in room

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Install some more sound proofing between walls

So I sold my house in Florida, staying up to this area through November until we go back to Florida and buy our fifth wheel . My husband is working up here as he has done for the last 10 years during summer months. I have a service dog for my disability. We found Sandwich Inn and Suites and fell in love with this place and the surroundings. My husband’s work moves him around quite a bit but the company guaranteed work through November. Now, we were there two weeks then told the room was reserved for someone else. Ok, no problem we moved but an hour away from work. Made reservations again at Sandwich Inn and then got a call that they cancelled our reservations. Jon the owner was so disrespectful telling me that my stay is long term and for people who own houses. Well sorry Jon, I sold the house I lived in but guess what I have three more properties! I think the Inn is adorable but I guess if you look a certain way and drive an older vehicle they judge you. We live within our means and now you will have a not so nice review. You wont get a chance to get our business back.

As with all business dealing with COVID19 concerns, Sandwich Inn and Suites has a process in place to keep their guest and staff safe.

The room was clean, in good condition, and adequately supplied with the essentials you would expect from a hotel.

Staff were courteous and accommodations were made for a late check-in.

Enjoyed the stay.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We felt very safe with all covid precautions. Enjoyed the grab and go breakfasts. This is a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative was there were some flies in room and some hairs on the floor, looked like maybe wasn’t mopped after last guest but we packed our own cleaning supplies and were fine. It would not stop us from booking again.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We enjoyed our stay. The room was ready, clean, and comfortable. Appreciated that breakfast was still provided, albeit a little scaled back but the hotel did a good job in continuing to provide breakfast in a safe manner. They did as good a job as they could given the circumstances. Overall, it was a good value for the money spent and a good stay.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Add a little more variety in the breakfast options. Also, need more outlets or USB ports near the bed.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

The telephone in our room did not work, there was no dial tone. However, apparently the office could hear us as we tried to order breakfast because they called us on our personal phone. I think the breakfast could be available until 10:00 am, the usual time at other places we have stayed. Also, there was no parking in the lot near our room or the adjacent lot when we returned to the room Friday night (10:00). We parked on the grass. No big deal, but it would have been if we were checking in. Also the light in the lamppost near the stairs was out, pretty dark, especially near as it was near stairs.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Breakfast available until 10:00 or a way to order the night before.
