Questions are not to the point. I’m sure the virus has modified the business. Bourne bridge traffic delay. Maintenance I think. Sandwich Rd traffic delay for ?? Hi Wire repair?

118 room less basic
Beautiful woods-setting. Very quaint!
POSITIVE:
Everything was wonderful, I would definitely stay here again. Has really nice appeal.
NEGATIVE:
Can’t say I didn’t like anything.
Some pros: Tastefully renovated and decorated spacious rooms. I enjoyed their choice of laminate flooring instead of carpet - it adds an additional sense of cleanliness. I loved the property layout and landscaping - it felt open, safe (well-lit at night), convenient, and you can tell the owner takes care in their upkeep and appearance. It’s also in a great center location for visiting Provincetown, Plymouth, and Boston, or just enjoying the Cape. Service was on-point: all of the staff was extremely accommodating and kind, and always made me feel welcomed. Any issue you may have will be promptly resolved. Complimentary breakfast was provided (mostly packaged foods/snacks - a regard for COVID safety), and I really enjoyed their on-site laundry, too.
My gripes: 1) Noise insulation is practically nonexistent. It is an old motel, and is even stated in their welcoming letter. I could hear whole conversations from my neighbors or car doors closing that would wake me up in the morning. Despite being in a one-story building, I could even hear if someone in the next unit was walking around. Outside of quiet hours (past 10PM), no one was particularly disrespectful though. Just a pain if you want to sleep in. 2) No blackout curtains either. At night, property’s street lights shines through, and the sun easily can wake up any light-sensitive sleeper. I believe an upgrade to blackout curtains could go a long way for these rooms. 3) I had no room service whatsoever out of claims for COVID safety; everything would have to be proactively requested or done myself (I took out my own trash, resupplied my own towels, toilet paper, etc). While all the staff got me these items with no issue, I still wish there was some kind of cleaning in my two-week stay (however I didn’t include this as consideration for my 4-star review as this may be a pro for some others - and hopefully lack of room service is only a circum
POSITIVE:
Beautiful and very clean
NEGATIVE:
Parking
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Hairdryer was broken and I was told there was nothing that could be done to resolve. I think it’s your responsibility to verify it was operational before my stay.
Room was clean and very nice.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Verify all amenities are working correctly.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Lovely landscaping. Considering the overall impact of Covid still, the Inn has made the best of the situation.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Lovely Cape Cod rooms and cottages. We didn’t use many amenities. B/C of COVID we only used our rooms. Breakfast frozen egg sandwiches and pre-packaged muffins were not good. Cereals, juices, coffee, yogurt were good. Hard boiled eggs were overdone. Linens were nice. Phone needs cleaning in room 226.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
To come in nicer weather.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Thank you.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Fresher food , not frozen
We stayed here for 4 nights off-season and it was fine as we were not in our room for long periods of time. It’s near some really nice restaurants although it sits on 6A at the beginning of Cape Cod so wherever we wanted to go we had at least a 1/2-hour or 1-hour drive. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included although very limited and not much to talk about. I didn’t like that we had to pick up the brown bags with our breakfast items by the reception desk which was a walk and often cold. I suggested they should at least deliver the bags to the front of the cabin door. Room was spotless and smelled of chlorine but not too much. Beds were very, very comfortable and this is always important. If you want a clean, basic room with basic breakfast, then this is the place. Our room was large with two double beds. Bathroom is well stocked with amenities. Priced well for what you get.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at The Sandwich Inn and Suites. Everything from our arrival, to our stay, to our departure went smoothly. This was our second time staying there, and we would go back again!
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
We understand the COVID regulations but not to let my husband use a bathroom. We travelled 3 hours and to be told we could not use the bathroom and to go to the Stop & Shop. We did love the place. We would come again or make arrangements to stay in Kittery, Maine”
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
No when we walked into our room and smelled bleach we knew we liked the place. Also breakfast was great.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Very good place to stay. Simple, affordable and clean.
Thanks
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
None
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
The staff was excellent and very accommodating to any request. Breakfast was very limited, probably due to Covid but adequate. We would have loved a Keurig in the room so we could have had multiple cups of coffee in the morning. Ideally the bags with the breakfast would have been nice to have been put in front of our door rather than having to get dressed in order to go out and get it, especially when cold or windy. Might think about delivering the bags which would be very much appreciated.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Deliver breakfast to the door if possible. Having a light over the table would be really helpful as that was such a dark spot that we couldn’t use it to read or see too much of what we were eating. Maybe a sconce on the whall?
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
This was a crap shoot for us. We booked from online website, sight unseen and with no recommendation. The place checked all the boxes. CLEAN, friendly staff, good amenities. Great location for us and we appreciate the outdoor seating. We will be back and we have already begun to recommend to family and friends.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Lights might need a little explanation - posted to wall. Although we managed.
Some local menus.
Honestly, I am reaching.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
The traffic was terrible because people were getting onto the bridge. Other than that, it was good.
ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Reservations were confused. Have reached out to management but no response. Left info with check in staff to forward to owner but no response
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Better attention to customer phone calls
Very clean and nice staff. Our only complaint was the rooms were not well insulated so it was very noisy and you could hear people next door talking - that was a bit disappointing.
