Some pros: Tastefully renovated and decorated spacious rooms. I enjoyed their choice of laminate flooring instead of carpet - it adds an additional sense of cleanliness. I loved the property layout and landscaping - it felt open, safe (well-lit at night), convenient, and you can tell the owner takes care in their upkeep and appearance. It’s also in a great center location for visiting Provincetown, Plymouth, and Boston, or just enjoying the Cape. Service was on-point: all of the staff was extremely accommodating and kind, and always made me feel welcomed. Any issue you may have will be promptly resolved. Complimentary breakfast was provided (mostly packaged foods/snacks - a regard for COVID safety), and I really enjoyed their on-site laundry, too.

I could hear whole conversations from my neighbors or car doors closing that would wake me up in the morning. Despite being in a one-story building, I could even hear if someone in the next unit was walking around. Outside of quiet hours (past 10PM), no one was particularly disrespectful though. Just a pain if you want to sleep in. 2) No blackout curtains either. At night, property’s street lights shines through, and the sun easily can wake up any light-sensitive sleeper. I believe an upgrade to blackout curtains could go a long way for these rooms. 3) I had no room service whatsoever out of claims for COVID safety; everything would have to be proactively requested or done myself (I took out my own trash, resupplied my own towels, toilet paper, etc). While all the staff got me these items with no issue, I still wish there was some kind of cleaning in my two-week stay (however I didn’t include this as consideration for my 4-star review as this may be a pro for some others - and hopefully lack of room service is only a circum
