POSITIVE:
Very quiet. Room with queen size bed was spacious- with nice size open closet area near the bathroom. Breakfast was good. There was a frig in the rvoom with a microwave and hot pot. We could park right in front of our room and the outdoor setting for this inn is beautiful. Great value!
NEGATIVE:
The maid service didn’t come. We were here for 2 days. There were plenty of towels left in the bathroom so it really wasn’t an issue.
Room was fine, noisy AC that didn’t have enough time to cool the room. Basic but nice setting.
Service personnel unfortunately really tainted our view. Check in was great but we asked for 30 minutes late departure and was met with extreme rudeness and an “absolutely you can’t do that”. Never been met with that before and travel a lot.
We packed everything up, put in our car, came back after a bike ride, changed in the parking lot, only to see they had not even touched our room. Really soured our experience.
Lot of choices on the cape so would recommend to stay at a place with more consideration for the customer and better people skills.
Also breakfast was not good.

Excellent value! Very clean, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. It would be a good idea to let guests know that there is no daily maid service so we don’t expect it. Not a big deal. Hope you’ll be able to open the pool at some point, it looks like a wonderful amenity.

The towel hooks have mold behind them and my towels would not dry on them.
The info book has coffee stains on the pages.

Pool was out of commission. Breakfast was just cereal. No yogurt…would love some more options as covid times are long over.

I would just suggest to have vending machines stocked. They were not on our visit. Very cute and clean.

Stayed multiple times. A little mix up leaving. Went for breakfast when we came back room was cleaned ( hadn’t checked out). Girl told us we could us room. When we asked to pay bill told it was already done and never got a receipt of charges. As of now still haven’t. But we love the place and hope to come back

Toilet paper and Kleenex in bathroom needed to be replaced when we arrived. Otherwise, all was clean and fine. Desk staff was very well prepared and welcoming.

Sorry, but we were not happy with our choice. The dirty rug in the outer room set the tone for cleanliness, replacing it would change initial impressions. The set up of the bedroom was not suitable for two sleeping in the bed. The bathroom was small and the shower was not satisfactory. The setting is lovely, but we would not stay again.
The grounds and ambiance are lovely. The rug in our room was dirty/stained. The bedroom was setup in such a way as to make sleeping difficult with one side of the bed against a wall.
The WiFi was terrible and the bathroom was so small and it was nearly impossible to regulate the water temperature. The TV didn’t work until someone came to work on it as it had gotten unplugged from the cable box. All in all, we don’t recommend.

The property was exactly as stated. Everything was nice including the staff.

Not much offered for breakfast while we were there. Loved the electric tea pot. Room A/C did not cool the room but that wasn’t a big deal for the weather. Will definitely stay again if we’re back in Cape Cod.

Overall the staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The rooms and grounds were neat clean. It was very nice to sit outside our rooms in the evening. The reduced breakfast selection each morning was disappointing.
