Room was fine, noisy AC that didn’t have enough time to cool the room. Basic but nice setting.

Service personnel unfortunately really tainted our view. Check in was great but we asked for 30 minutes late departure and was met with extreme rudeness and an “absolutely you can’t do that”. Never been met with that before and travel a lot.

We packed everything up, put in our car, came back after a bike ride, changed in the parking lot, only to see they had not even touched our room. Really soured our experience.

Lot of choices on the cape so would recommend to stay at a place with more consideration for the customer and better people skills.

Also breakfast was not good.
