Room was smelling humidity and was not clean enough! Although several reviews mentioned breakfast quality. What we could have were all unhealthy food. Not even bagels and creamcheese.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Enrich the breakfast with healthy food. Do better cleaning. And most importantly try to avoid that smell from the rooms. All our cloths are smelling now!!!

Room was very clean an comfortable, we had stayed at two other area hotels for a family event over that week and this by far was the best.

Lower level room was very damp and dark. Dehumidifier was very dirty. Needs light especially near the “closet” area and more lighting in the bedroom. The fan was dirty and would blow stuck dirt at you on the bed. Outside lighting (street lights) we’re not working.

Hotel was excellent, especially for the price. I understand breakfast was pared down due to Covid. My only suggestion would be to put the black-out curtains in the bedroom!

The property very well kept, Room was very clean and up to date. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet in the evening. Convenient to restaurants and beaches all within a 10 minute drive.

The room was very clean but I did see several roach-like bugs in there. I have ants in my house so I know it is not an indication of overall uncleanliness! But finickier people might freak out. Pool was not open (which was fine due to weather) and the whole area looked very unkempt. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel location was absolutely terrific!

POSITIVE:
Everything! I had ridden my bicycle 65 miles from Provincetown and Sandwich Inn and Suites was the perfect haven after a long day. The grounds are beautiful and the peaceful setting was exactly what I needed. My room was spacious and clean. I would love to come back some day and spend a few days.

I would recommend. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The coffee was to strong and no artificial sweetener.

Trying to register for a room in the Spring was difficult. It was an agency that did not make us feel welcome. Rather cold reception.

It’s a cute place but needs some better cleaning, the bathroom walls were covered in fingerprints and the baseboards were super dusty. The bedding comforter was torn up and no flat sheet was provided
