POSITIVE:
The room was beautiful and I loved that it had a kitchen and a fridge. The location was perfect and close to where we were going.

Some rooms are set up better then others as far as outlets in walls, areas to enjoy coffee and comfortable seating. I think a bit more time could be spent on making the stay a bit more comfortable. My overall opion is the hotel is excellent for a quick stay for a few nights. My first room with the kitchen area was the best. The beds are very comfortable. Needs a few comfortable chairs and more outlets! Better arrangement of tables and hard areas! The management is A+++

The comforters were all torn up and frayed ….no flat sheets on the bed, bathroom was covered in finger prints and dust. For paying $150 was insane to have a dirty bathroom and awful bedding

We were very pleased with the room, it was clean and comfortable and the grab and go breakfast was good and quick. We would definitely stay there again!

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. After initially checking in we felt very uncomfortable with another guest staring at us as we were unpacking our car, etc. We then went back inside to the check in area and the staff was happy to accommodate us and move us to a different room. Room was newly remodeled and clean.

Excellent staff. All issues resolved quickly. Appreciate the complementary breakfast. Loved the amenities (washer and dryer). Landscaping was great, hotel looked cared for.
- Lack of any room service. No black out curtains. Very poor sound insulation.

Dead bugs on the walls, dishes in the dish washer from the previous visitor, breakfast was quite limited, no housekeeping at all. We understand the difficulties during the pandemic but couldn’t you arrange anyone to take at least the garbage every day????

Only thing disappointing was I made the reservation on April 16th and asked that the two rooms be near each other as I was traveling with elderly parents one that has Alzheimer’s. Upon arrival I was told they did the best they could and upgraded one room to a suite. Well we were in room 1 and my parents room 15. I am guessing maybe before the upgrade maybe we were closer because there weren’t two rooms any further apart.

Trying a little harder to group parties together when asked or let them know ahead of time you can’t.
