We love staying here however when there are guests with extremely large trucks parking in regular car parking spaces make it very difficult for regular cars to either park or use the driveway. Our room door was partially blocked by oversized truck and driving around the trucks made cars have to drive on the grass. Providing an oversized parking area and enforcing it would be helpful to all others

I loved the landscaped property, when coming back to my room after dark the lighting layout made me feel safe and comfortable, like coming home. The generous laundry room amenities also came in handy. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. However I recommend that a coffee maker being available in each room would be convenient, maybe another trash basket also, although a big trash barrel is available outside the rooms. I did enjoy my stay at your Inn. Hugh Jacobs

As I told the person on the front desk when I checked out on Monday, on arrival Sunday, the freezer had apparently been defrosted and the refrigerator was filled with wet towels. In addition, the windows were wide open,not so much a problem because for covid cleaning, the airing out of the room was fine, however the room was freezing! It took quite a while to warm up. There was also a broom and dustpan left in the room. We had 2 beds but only one extra blanket, the front desk quickly put one out in the laundry room for me but it was a little dicey to get over there In the dark . A more user friendly way to charge devices on the bedside table would be good. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, hot water, etc and the bag breakfast was just fine. Loved the shower curtain but nicer window treatments would add to the ambiance. I just needed a bit more of a hassle free getaway. Maybe after the pandemic I’ll give you another try!

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Was intially assigned room 23. There was a strong mold, musty smell before entering the room and inside the room too. Overall the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned recently. A previous room key was left behind in the room. Was then assigned to room 28, a much better clean room.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

The rooms should be inspected and refreshed better
