Well, not exactly, our neighbors were talking really loud until late at night on our second night there,
( ladies getaway from NJ)

We only stayed one night as we were closing on a house in the morning. We are pretty picky about where we stay and normally are 4-5 star snobs but needed an inexpensive place to save money.
This place was great! Exceeded all expectations and was so clean! Extra important in a pandemic! Check in was through a window and all precautions made us feel safe. Room was accessible from the outside. We had a king room which had a very comfortable, presumably new mattress, a kitchenette and nice large screen tv.
Id recommend this place to all my friends and anyone who wants to visit the great town of Sandwich!

Hotel could have been cleaner considering COVID 19 health crisis. Hairs and whatnot in the bedroom made it seem like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Staff wasnt very clear about breakfast and neither was the paper received at check-in. Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. Though, given the circumstances that can be forgiven. Finally, lots of spiders and other bugs got into our room. Maybe the front door could be repaired to close up tighter. Despite these issue, I would stay again because it was a good value.

Kruge coffee maker would be nice, packets of coffee not very tasty.

The breakfast were less than acquitted, dry cereal no milk, fresh fruit was over ripe, no condiments. was to receive a receipt via email never got one. had to empty the trash cans ourselves no dumpster and the large trash cans outside were always full and no clean towels were available.

I know we are dealing with unusual times but your affiliate hotel in Kittery, Maine did a much better job, maybe follow there lead!

We have stayed at Sandwich Inn and Suites for several years and have always been happy with the service, room, price, and overall experience. This time it was during Covid so I knew the breakfast would be compromised, but most of it was inedible. Fruit, yogurt and coffee cake were ok at best. Looking forward to visiting when things get back to normal.

We have stayed in your hotel numerous times, it was the first time that we had to
mention that the humidifier was on “red”, water full! It has been almost flawless, our times in your hotel, as usual, we enjoy our stay immensely. It is excellent.

The room was very clean. The pool was closed but it was a cool weekend. The service was good considering the circumstances. They were very accommodating.
