ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Quick and easy sign in and departure. Because of Covid no real service provided. Room overall clean. There was mold build up in air conditioner vents. I did have lysol with me and did spray. Also had little black flies at times. We were only there at night to sleep.

Overall happy with our stay. This was our 4 th stay and will stay again when visiting relatives in area.

We were in Rm 28

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

We were happy. Just with Covid things were different. No new towels or cleaning and no breakfast. But all due to circumstances of Covid. Plus seemed to be same price.

As we left on Wednesday morning, I handed a list of observations I had made about the room—#25—that we had rented. I had hoped that she would have passed ALL of those onto management, and if she has not and I have not heard from management about actions taken, it will be the last time we stay at Sandwich Inn & Suites.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Yes. Exercise more and closer management over your cleaning staff. Our room—even now with minimal furnishings—was dusty practically everywhere, the hair dryer practically clogged with lint and hair, and we were left with a chair with a broken leg, ready to fall off at any second; how can there be any excuses for that?

And “breakfast” was poorly handled: we asked for 2 cups of coffee [really bad coffee and no Splenda or diet sweetener]+ food [meh], which was left on the patio for me, and which I had to carry back up the hill to #25. It would have been so considerate of you to have supplied a carrier or box of some sort to help me get that food and coffee back to our room.

Room was very cute, updated & appeared clean but room 24 had a very strong musty odor. We opened the windows turned on the fan & let the a/c run while we visited the town. When we returned 5hrs later the smell was just as strong. My husband who suffers from reactive airway disease could not breath & was having an asthma attack. We complained & were given another room. The new room also had a musty smell but no where near as bad as the 1st room. We did see some mold near the shower.

Overall the place is quiet & very well maintained.

We had such a wonderful trip! Our room was cozy, clean, and perfect, the hotel is just what you want in the Cape, the staff are wonderful. The breakfast was not your typical continental, the property is beautiful, and the location is great. We are so excited to return!

We just had such a special and wonderful stay! Our room was perfect, my mom, daughter, and I all felt it was beautiful and cozy. We didn’t want to leave! We’ve already talked about rebooking it! The staff at the front desk are amazing. They were so kind, caring, and responsive. We felt so cared for. This was a perfect vacation. Thank you.

We had two rooms during our stay. In one room the television was on when we arrived and the remote was nowhere to be found. In the second room the remote did not work. The door to the freezer section of the fridge was broken off and laying inside. The floors in both rooms felt like they were covered in sand. If there had been a broom in the room, we would’ve swept. None of the clocks were plugged in.

Very well kept, very friendly staff. The grounds are a quiet, wooded feeling area. It’s located right on 6A, so it’s an easy to get from here to anywhere on the Cape. It’s highly likely we will stay at Sandwich Inn & Suites again next time we come to Cape Cod!

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

This hotel was amazing! Anything we needed was given or sent to us (all social distancing of course) within minutes! It was amazingly clean. I would recommend that you bring a broom and dustpan to clean up sand after a day at the beach since we didn’t want room service. From check in to check out, everything was easy and smooth. The staff were all super friendly. We loved it so much we asked if they could accommodate us for an extra night in the same room and they did! Would definitely stay here again!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

To provide broom and dustpan in all rooms since there isn’t any service. I read that on a previous comment and was so happy I brought mine because we went to the beach daily. :)
