As we left on Wednesday morning, I handed a list of observations I had made about the room—#25—that we had rented. I had hoped that she would have passed ALL of those onto management, and if she has not and I have not heard from management about actions taken, it will be the last time we stay at Sandwich Inn & Suites.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Yes. Exercise more and closer management over your cleaning staff. Our room—even now with minimal furnishings—was dusty practically everywhere, the hair dryer practically clogged with lint and hair, and we were left with a chair with a broken leg, ready to fall off at any second; how can there be any excuses for that?
And “breakfast” was poorly handled: we asked for 2 cups of coffee [really bad coffee and no Splenda or diet sweetener]+ food [meh], which was left on the patio for me, and which I had to carry back up the hill to #25. It would have been so considerate of you to have supplied a carrier or box of some sort to help me get that food and coffee back to our room.
