I know it’s the age of Covid, but the trash wasn’t emptied unless I brought it out; ditto with the towels being changed.
And the remotes for the TV are awful! Also no way to pay for any additional TV services or movies beyond the basic.
Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Breakfast needs work.

Smoke alarm went off twice during the night, not worth the money. Also, desperately needs new pillows. Smokers were two doors down, not good.

And phone in room was not plugged in at all. Luckily I didnt have to use it for anything until it came time to check out (per your instructions) which was when I discovered it was unplugged

Please remember to wipe off heater in the bathroom. When we arrived there was hair and dust on it. Shower curtain also smelled like mildew. Other than those two things it was great given the covid circumstances.

Hotel cleanliness was not appropriate to Covid 19. We found a razor for shaving in the bathroom and crumbs on the kitchen floor. And the inside matt was dirty.

We stayed here one night while we were visiting the area. The woodsysetting was so impressive to me. This hotel is very concerned about Covid 19 and acting responsibly. Check in is at a distance. The room was very large and comfortable as well as extremely clean. They offered a map of the area with things to do and restaurants to enjoy which was so helpful. Also, a menu of several breakfast items to choose from which they bag up. Very convenient. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel. When traveling to the cape….check out Sandwich Inn and Suites and enjoy the beach, marina, canal and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable, the grounds were lovely, and the bagged breakfasts much appreciated.

If we were coming back to the area, we would probably choose a more walkable town than Sandwich, but that has nothing to do with your beautiful Inn!

Very dissatisfied with the breakfast that was offered. We ordered (for 4) the first morning we were there (7/27/20). The potato medley was cold, the “Canadian bacon” was also cold. The Oatmeal wasn’t prepared and was given to us in a Quaker Oats bag that we had to prepare ourselves. If this was specified on the menu, it wouldn’t have been an issue. We ended up tossing everything and went out to breakfast at a local restaurant.

Some of the food was personally not to my liking. The orange juice, potato medley and fruit choices were particularly disappointing. If you have Cheerios on the menu make sure you let people know they are flavored. I dont like Honey Nut Cheeros. I did love the hotel especially the setting.

Although the breakfast was limited due to Coronavirus I do think that there could be some improvement in the offerings. Maybe bagels, english muffins or yogart. Just a suggestion.

Beautiful job renovating a family favorite place. Clean and restful space. We began staying here 30 years ago! Miss the pool though. Will you be reopening the pool anytime soon?
The hotel rooms are set up like little cottages giving a warm beach feeling. The room was impeccably clean and the location is nestled among a forest like setting. Will be staying again.

I had to call the cops twice, because the front desk didnt handle the situation of the loud people partying upstairs above us. I wasnt really thrilled about it and didnt sleep well at all. The front desk should be available for emergencies. It wasnt.

It was a really lovely stay and an amazing room! Everything was clean and check-in/check-out was hassle-free. We really appreciated the free wifi upgrade due to these hard times also! Would definitely love to come back for another stay in the future. Thank you!

Everything was really clean but the floors did seem dusty/sandy. It’s not anything major though - we just didnt want to get the white bedsheets dirty from our feet when getting into bed throughout the stay. Other than that, everything was great!

Parts of the room werent as clean as we would have liked. Specifically the bathroom - there was a clump of hair from the previous occupant in the shower drain, on the shower wall, and on the floor around the toilet.
The room also smelt musty.
Everything else was to our satisfaction and the property is beautifully maintained.

Very clean and comfy room. Easy check-in and out. Nice little bagged Covid breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly (from a distance!) Gave a great beach recommendation. Would definitely stay again.
