ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
I’m glad that you keep your hotel clean, but we could not sit anywhere but the bed for our first 24 hours because all the chairs had been cleaned and were wet. We were not informed of this. The pool was closed and our room was not cleaned / refreshed; perhaps this is due to COVID, but COVID is over and there was no mention of these dis-services on your website when booking.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Communicate what we should expect on the website: wet chairs, closed pool, no room cleaning.
