The front desk associate was rude, which was uncharacteristic of this place. I love this hotel, I’ve stayed here a bunch of times. I’m not sure what the issue was but she seemed extremely annoyed about everything. I asked if we could have some more toilet paper because there was only about a 1/4 of a roll left when I arrived. She proceeded to question me about it and gave me a horrible attitude because I asked for something as trivial as toilet paper.
