The beds were very sloppily made which made me feel like the room wasn’t very clean. We did also find a few bugs throughout our room as well as some sand on the floor.

The cleaning service was ok in the beginning, but once the regular staff returned, it improved greatly.
Had an issue with the AC unit to which they replaced quickly…However I believe the replacement unit needs serviced as it doesn’t really get cold.( Never reported this to Manager)
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Additional Parking. If you return to your room later in the evening, you may have an issue parking as some rooms have multiple cars when the inn is full.

The rooms bathroom did not appear to be very well cleaned. The floor and shower were full of hair. On our second morning, I asked the office for fresh towels which were to be put in the room while we were out. the towels never came

This place has a true cape cod feel. The hotel itself was super quiet. My only real complaint was the coffee is instant, if like a brewed cup. The room was clean. Our bed couldn’t have been more comfortable. I’ll be back.

My only comment would be as a coffee drinker when you say coffee pot in the room, I think coffee pot not electric kettle and instant coffee. Also the light outside my door was out (a plus in my book… no bugs right by my door). I will 100% be booking with you again

I made a reservation a least two weeks prior to my arrival and was a little miffed that I did not receive an end room as requested. The people next to us were outside late at night talking which was annoying (especailly when you are trying to sleep).

We just stayed one night but the rooms were very cute. Everything was clean which made me at ease. The mattresses are comfortable. The tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch. My husband was impressed and that says a lot. Would love to look into the Inn & Suites in Maine.

The motel did a good job setting up a safe process for check in and check out during the pandemic. The room was clean and having the kitchenette was definitely a plus due to restrictions on dining out. It was nice for the motel to provide the breakfast bags but the apples had several bad spots and the danish weren’t very good. Of course it is hard getting many items right now so that is why I marked it neutral. (I stayed there two years ago and enjoyed the breakfast you provided at that time.) The room sizes are generous and decor is up to date. The wooded location makes it a relaxing place to stay. Thank you for providing a safe place to stay when we were required to travel!

The first night I got there there was something one with the picture on the TV and I called the front desk and they never sent anybody to fix the picture so I was not happy with The service in the breakfast in a bag was not good at all

If somebody has a complaint about something going wrong in the room it should be fixed right away and the breakfast bags could be worked on quite a bit

I loved your hotel. I know it is during a hard time. I think the breakfast bag was a good idea, I just wish there were more healthy options. Like a banana and yogurt or something. Just a suggestion..
